OK, so did you see both of these movies? This is the first I've heard about that movie "Across the Universe" - what did you like about it? It looks really intriguing -- so different from normal Hollywood stuff.
Dave and I were thinking about going to see that Renee Z one next weekend. If you saw it already, did you like it? Is it worth it?
The "New in Town" movie comes out this Friday, so we haven't seen it yet. It looked funny.
The trailer for the "Across the Universe" doesn't do the movie justice. It's a modern musical (and I don't really even like musicals). All the music in it is Beatles lyrics set to new music. It's got a great story line and the movie moves at a good pace. It's rare that Dan and I both enjoy a movie, but we found this one really enjoyable.
